Friends’ Health Connection does not refund for tickets.
Friends’ Health Connection does refund for books purchased through our site but only if a book arrives to you damaged. We do not refund for damage done to a book after it arrives. If you order a book from us which arrives damaged, you can return your item for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within five days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than five days but less than ten days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. Refunds and exchanges will not be offered for any books returned after 10 days of purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below:
